First time home buyers.....if you are looking to pruchase but waiting fo rlower prices....NOW is the time to buy in this area.....quit listening to the news media!!!! They are a bit behind, and if you don't start looking at real time ( which a Real Eatate Agent can provide ) you will find that you missed the boat. Today I made 5 appts for a client and 2 were already SOLD since Monday. 3 of 12 houses I was going to show last week were SOLD. Checking in with the Closing company I found that business has been picking up over the last couple of months.
