The average sales price for homes in Marsh Creek actually went down 2.6% last month to $424,156. I wouldn’t take this as an omen of things to come, however.  The economy is still improving, and Woodbury as a whole remains a strong market. In fact, Marsh Creek homes are selling faster than they have in years, with an average of only 51 days on the market.   Marsh Creek Housing Market - 2012 in Review - What to Expect in 2013   The stock market is up, and so is the Woodbury housing market. The Marsh Creek housing market in particular showed promising gains in 2012. With only a 1.4 months’ supply of homes on the market in 2012, Marsh Creek is clearly a seller’s market (less than a 5 months’ supply of homes on the market.)
