As many of you know, I am not the greatest writer and I don't post very much.  But, this funny story made me laugh.   Hope you enjoy.   An Attorney had an operation, and when he was coming out of the anesthesia, his wife was by his side. Some of the things that you hear coming from the CEO's of many companies makes you go HUH?!   Here is a list of some of the dumb thing's that were said. As of tomorrow...Employees will be able to access the building using new individual security cards.  Pictures will be taken on Wed. and employees will receive there cards in two weeks! What I need is an exact list of specific problems that we might encounter on this project. This project is so important that we can't let other issues that are more important to interfere with it. Doing it right is not an excuse for not being on schedule. NO ONE will believe that you solved this problem in one day.  We have been working on this for weeks.  Now go back out there and look busy for a few weeks and I will tell you when it is time to tell them... 05/11/2010

I have worked for several Brokers, and I can't say that I ever listened to them very much.  Even My current Broker, even tho he is usually spot on, I don't follow the advice very often.  Usually just half heartedly. I Received a call From My Broker with a lead.  The call came into the office looking for the agent they had seen on the Internet in an area where they have land.  As usual, Bill got the important info and gave me the head's up.  As it turned out, the call came from the Internet.  Now the only thing that I do, and only half heartedly, is Active Rain!  Even at the insistence of my Broker.  Bill was told that our company and my name came up as the first on the list.  Now this is the 2nd time in about 30 days, which is very, very unusual for us.  The the root of the matter is th... 04/21/2010
