  With Thanksgiving so close, I thought I would take this time and just say, that I truly love what I do and I love being a Realtor.  I have the opportunity each day, each week to help people realize their dreams. Yes most Real estate agents can tell the difference between serious buyers and people who don't think our time is valuable.  I remember one person who actually thought I was going to stop at a garage sale for them.  No I am not your chauffeur to a garage sale. I have stopped with clients at a convenience store for them to pick up something so they wouldn't have to run back out.  I wait for clients at homes when people are running late because of traffic or other personal reasons.  We wait a lot it's part of the business.  People are going to be late, it's that simple.  We need to be early and on time for our clients. I got a little surprise today.  I met with some Metro Detroit first time home buyers today.  They are going to be a new resident at Botsford hospital and relocating to Michigan from out of state.  What surprised me is "not that they found me, Russ Ravary on Active Rain" but that they chose me on the comments I made.  Not totally on the blogs I wrote, but a comment! Here are some tips.
