Boulder Pines Livonia Michigan   Welcome to Boulder Pines subdivision web-blog written by Livonia Real EstateAgent Bob Jakowinicz.  Boulder Pines is located in northern Livonia right around 7 Mile and Farmington Road.  The picture you see here is of the entrance rock that will welcome you as you enter the sub off of 7 Mile Rd.  Boulder Pines is an executive style subdivision with around 19 very well kept gorgeous homes located within it.  When I went to take a few pictures of the area one of the residents I was speaking with said she absolutely loves the fact that the neighborhood is a giant cul-de-sac with only one way in and out for reduced street traffic.  If you are considering buying or selling residential real estate in the Livonia Michigan area please feel free to contact us at B... 05/09/2011
