It's nippy, damp and clammy out.   Today was the day to get my first guart of Chicken Soup for the season from the Parkway Deli (also known as the Grubb Road Deli) in Silver Spring. Yummm . . . . It never disappoints at this time of the year and through the rest of the fall and winter.  I consider this the best chicken soup in Silver Spring.It is really the "Matzoh Ball Soup" served from a big square vat at the carry out part of the restaurant.  I always order mine "without balls" (matzoh that is) or with "just one ball"  The matzoh balls are not that bad, but they take up too much room out of all that rich, hearty chicken broth with noodles and veggies. The second best chicken soup is served at the Woodside Deli.  The Woodside has both Chicken Noodle Soup and Matzoh Ball Soup on their ... 10/25/2008
