I have two friends that are commercial fishermen: Edsky and Frenchy. Ed got his nickname because of his last name and Frenchy got his name because he is a French Canadian with a very strong accent. Edsky crabs on the Patuxent River and Frenchy goes wherever the latest catch is. Yesterday I ran into Frenchy where he was selling White Perch in Prince Frederick off Dares Beach Road. He had four customers waiting to get fish. I was surprised he had so many customers but where can you find fresh fish for $1/pound? He said the grocery stores charge double or more.        Frenchy said fishing is really picking up this week. He has caught around 400-500 pounds each day. He fishes in the morning and then sets up to sell them later in the day if he has a big catch. I will keep you updated through... 03/20/2009

This is a great forum to get this off my chest.I had a VA streamline which is by far one of the easiest loans to do. The good faith estimate showed exactly what the settlement sheet said at closing. Sometimes no matter how much you try to educate the borrower and make them understand it just doesnt sink in. The payment for this loan dropped 220 dollars a month.
