Check out a blog I wrote back in March titled Compelling List Price + Renovated Interior = Sold In 2010. I stand by my theory that in our greater Potomac MD market, the houses that are well priced, sell...and they sell fast! More than 122,000 borrowers had their trial mortgage modifications canceled in April, bringing the total to 277,640 since the program began about a year ago, according to federal statistics releasedMonday.
