  Baltimore's MeetUp Was Hot In January     So glad the snow came yesterday so we could have a safe    MeetUp today in Baltimore.   So much fun, so many wonderful people. Sometimes It Is OK to Have A Quiet Open House   You have to be prepared either way. I have had open houses that have created traffic jams and I  have had open houses that had no visitors.       Being chosen as the Open House Master a few years ago, I don't do routine open houses.
