Is It Hard To Sell A Two Bedroom House? According to data provided by the U.S. Census Bureau the average number of people occupying a house in the United States in 1850 was just over 5 people. Over the years that average number of people occupying a house has steadily declined. Even during the baby boom, that number was significantly lower at an average of 3.36 people per house as compared to the over 5 average of 1850. Nevertheless, even with declining numbers, if we stopped with these numbers, then we could see how the idea that it is difficult to sell a 2 bedroom house could have developed.  The people could not easily fit into the house. However, that average number has continued to decline such that the average number of people per house had gone down to about 2.50 people today. Th... 02/15/2020

Outsideless House What is an outsideless house? I am not sure, but apparently they exist, based on what I have seen on the multiple list and some other sites. There it is listed with 30 photos, none of which shows an outside to the house.  Many multiple list sites, by the way, allow for up to 50 photos.  In fact, they state, in their rules for posting houses, that the main photo should be of the exterior of the house. Even a condominium has an outside, although owned as part of an association. But, these outsideless houses are not condominiums. You would think that such a structure would be impossible, however, there are numerous of these new age homes being advertised on the multiple list. Whether a home is a townhouse, a duplex, a quadruplex, or part of an apartment or a condominium c... 01/14/2020

Unemployment Rate The unemployment rate has been going down and it is currently at historically low levels. One might presume, and to some extent correctly so, that this is related to the creation of jobs. In recent times, the economy has been adding, on average, just over 205,000 jobs per month. The unemployment rate is easy to calculate. To determine the unemployment rate the number of unemployed people is divided by the number of employed people plus the number of unemployed people and then multiplied by 100 to show it as a percentage. There are people who could be employed, but who are not considered among the unemployed because, for whatever reason, they have taken themselves out of the employment market.
