 Ten years ago in 2007, I was the buyer's agent on a very unique home. The buyers were a delightful family and I remember the listing agent was one of my favorites ... a pleasure to work with.  It doesn't always have to be about real estate. This past week when visiting with my friend Peg Silloway, we went to  Woolworks in Mt. Washington. After all Peg is a fine weaver and loves to knit. I enjoyed  watching her and the store owner talk about the different colors, textures, weights and origin of so many beautiful fibers. Thankful in Baltimore   Last year on Thanksgiving Day, I ratified the contract on a special home in Ellicott City. This year I think it may be happening again. The buyers wanted to come back with a family member before they left town for the holiday. Being Thanksgiving, they were embarrassed to even ask. Sometimes it Pays to Preview a Property!   A few weeks ago I received a sign call on 6202 Ivymount Rd. Baltimore 21209   but it was too late for these potential buyers..the property had just gone to settlement. We had a lovely conversation and they told me they had an appointment to interview a buyer's agent. I wished them luck and said if  any of my future listings fit their criteria, I would call them or their agent.   A week or so later another call from these same buyers.
