There are currently 206 active listings. 36 are new construction. 11 of the listings are pre-foreclosures, 16 are foreclosures. The chart below shows the foreclosures for the last 3 months. There was a jump in March and it was still high in April.  Thirty homes went under contract. The chart shows pending sales over the last 3 months.
