Southern Maryland Real Estate and marketing and selling new construction is basically the same in all  parts of the country. Marketing and selling new construction is an art in itself. Many clients cannot visualize the location, topography, home dimensions, lot size on a vacant land. In order to market a home lot package and new construction you need to be creative so a potential buyer can visualize the end product. I have been involved in new construction many times in my real estate career. Homes ranging from small first time home buyers to million dollar waterfront estates in Southern Maryland Real Estate area. I wanted to share this video I found on YouTube. Josh Flagg on "The Million Dollar Listing",  BRAVO TV show. Josh Flagg one of the three young million dollar listing agents, ...

So I thought it would be a good idea to remind everyone that this weekend we turn our clock back and hour. And I didn't really know if many of you have followed the suggestion of replacing the batteries in your smoke detectors, but many homes need you to replace the batteries in you Carbon Dioxide Detector as well. Many people forget to treat these the same. I also suggest when you are replacing the batteries to test the detector! Most of them have a simple test button that you hold down until the alarm sounds. Many newer homes also have all of the detectors connected to one another. You should have another person on another floor check to see if the others are working when you test one of them This could really be the saving moment for you and your family.

I had a lot of fun today! I invited some friends, neighbors and clients with kids for our "Open House Pumpkin Day at my home. I explain: We had some open/unused land in front of our home so we decided to plant some pumpkins to give them away to our community. We have a couple of neighbors, Bob and Joe, that helped us with the tractor part, and my husband Ray (Ray Agostinelli (All American Home services) did all the labor. Ray put his time; sweat and heart in his garden. He also planted corn, watermelon and sunflowers. But unfortunately, like a lot of others farmers, our plantation suffered with the heavy rain and the fungus (late blight) as it destroyed everything! That's what you are seeing in our local cornfields.   We were very disappointed as you can imagine. We still have some pump...
