I received this email about security. Sometimes they need reminders how to stay safe. This one is worth passing on.   THINGS YOUR BURGLAR WON'T TELL YOU:1. Of course I look familiar. I was here just last week cleaning yourcarpets, painting your shutters, or delivering your new refrigerator.2. Hey, thanks for letting me use the bathroom when I was working in youryard last week. While I was in there, I unlatched the back window to make myreturn a little easier.3. Love those flowers. That tells me you have taste ... And taste meansthere are nice things inside. Those yard toys your kids leave out alwaysmake me wonder what type of gaming system they have.4. Yes, I really do look for newspapers piled up on the driveway. And Imight leave a pizza flyer in your front door to see how long it take...

Ok so I have started a new affirmation prior to an appointment that really helps me to keep myself in the right mindset! I repeat to myself several time this phrase... "THEY NEED ME!< THEY NEED ME, THEY NEED ME!!" I know it sounds a bit corny, but I have decided that repeating what is true can only help me to be a better service to my clients. They truly do need me. They need me to sell their home, so they can move closer to Mom, because she needs them. Or they need a larger home, or a smaller home because the other home doesn't fit their growing family. Whatever the need I am sure THEY NEED ME! I find that sittting in my car a few minutes before the meeting and repeating that phrase to myself is a positive affirmation that keeps me going. When they have a negative opinion of something ...

OK so I love the snow! BUt here in Southern Maryland we "rarely" get any. Not this time. We have almost 2 feet of snow from one storm. The problem with that is... I have a lot to get done. I need to be prospecting, a service call for my homebuilding company, and need to get some Christmas shopping done. All the while shovel the driveway. Well with all that to get done it is still nice to look out the window at a snow covered yard.

Leonardtown Events -  Christmas on the Square Christmas on The Square is almost here. The perfect way to start off the celebration of Christmas! Thousands of local citizens gathered in Leonardtown on Friday night for the annual Christmas on the Square and Tree lighting. The festivities officially commenced at 5:00 p.m. As dusk fell onto the town square, street lamps and local shops lighted the thoroughfare. The town began to come alive as the streets filled with people; entertainers took to the stage; and horse-drawn carriages and wagons paced the streets carrying their passengers to and fro. Costumed characters from an era long gone could be seen wandering the street in their elegant evening dress. Food and drink were available everywhere with the proceeds from many sales going to loc...

"Thank You for Keeping Us Safe At Home" - Leonardtown Square Veterans Day Parade Unfortunately the weather didn't help for the Veterans Day Parade in Leonardtown Square last week, but the important is the message, that we are thankful and took time to honor all who have answered the call to military service. Our float is very nice and can be seen on Century 21 New Millennium parking lot, or Route 235 (Three Notch Rd), in front of Lowe's. Let's wish also for a world without war, a peaceful place for our kids and my personal wish is that we celebrate only the Veterans Day, only for the retired military people and that we don't have to send our young soldiers overseas anymore, because the world will be a wonderful place without war and conflicts... (Am I dreaming? Lol I think so... religi...
