I took this picture in the new development in the Hyattsville, Maryland Arts District.   And when I got home, I was sort of amazed at how close it looked to the real deal.  But this is not the shot of a cute residential street - not exactly.  I took this at the sales center for the new townhouses that are being built in this exciting little corner of Prince George's County.  It's the builder's model of what the neighborhood will look like when it is completed. The time:  5 until 10 pm The event:  Night of the Living Art The place:  The Design Studio Art Gallery, 5702 Baltimore Avenue in Hyattsville Recently, I listed a house in Hyattsville Hills, just outside of DC.  And all of the neighbors who dropped by kept talking about how mush they love being so close to the new Hyattsville Arts District.  Then, at last Sundays Open House, I met a fun woman named Erica Riggio.  She actually runs The Design Studio, a gallery and design services in the new Hyattsville Art District, and invited us to an upcoming party they are having.
