This is a fabulous opportunity to lease One Shawan Place. It is a contemporary well maintained two story building with a cellar type basement. The exterior is wood plank siding. There is a covered deck and a rear exterior stairway leading from the second floor to ground level. It is within 1/4 mile of Rt 83 and close to York Road.
