Days of RemembranceDays of Remembrance is an annual eight-day period designated by the United States Congress to help citizens remember and draw lessons from the Holocaust. At the April 21 Mayor and City Council Meeting, Mayor Jud Ashman and Council Member Neil Harris presented the proclamation designating April 20 through 27 as “Days of Remembrance” in memory of the victims of the Holocaust and in honor of the survivors, rescuers, and liberators.
