Frederick Md residents and visitors celebrated the 2nd Annual Frederick Wine Festival this past weekend, Saturday and Sunday, April 9th and 10th. The 2nd Annual Festival, held at the Frederick Fair Grounds, drew a larger crowd that the previous year, and vendors were very happy with the event.There were several local wineries and vineyards represented this year, with live music from 4 different bands.  The weather cooperated beautifully; all in all it was a great time. The Frederick Basket Company Several local Frederick businesses were there, selling gifts and food, cheese and baked goods. The Frederick Basket Company was present with lots of great wine-related gifts, gift baskets and one-of-a-kind gifts.
