Looking for a open house in Clarksville 21029, Howard County this weekend? There are four open houses in Clarksville 21029 this weekend. Looking for a single family home? Condo or townhome?   BEWARE!! During an open house if you do not have a real estate agent representing you, the realtor who is hosting the open house is representing the seller. Many people are unaware of the fiduciary duties of a real estate agent and assume that agents who shows them houses represent them. Not necessarily. If you have not signed an agency agreement that designates you as an agent's client, rather than his customer, the agent is acting as a fiduciary agent of the seller. Fiduciary duties are legal obligations to the client, not the customer. As your Buyer Agent my fiduciary duty is to you, the Buyer. ...

Clarksville, MD Home Residential Resale Statistics -- December 2012   Clarksville, one of the more volatile real estate markets, is home to some of Howard County's finest homes. During the month of December, Clarksville experienced total sales volume of $5.5 million, a slight decrease from last year though a $1 million increase from the prior month. While three more homes sold this month than last year, the average sale price was $260,000 less. Compared to November 2012, it was $100,000 less, though only seven homes sold that month. While it's hard to use that to convey the market's prosperity or lack thereof, a positive indicator was the fact that homes sold, on average, in 51 days, a 55% decrease compared to last year's 114 days and a 46% decrease compared to November's 95 days. Home Residential Resale Statistics -- November 2012 : Clarksville, MD     Known for its volatility in terms of the market, Clarksville can be prone to large swings from month-to-month. In the case of November 2012, the swing was a great one, with sales flying from $2.1 million last November to $4.5 million this November, over a 100% increase. The largest reason for this is due to seven homes being sold this month compared to 4 in November 2011, which was then complemented by the average sold price increasing 20%, as well. Though homes stayed on the market longer, 95 days on average compared to 75, Clarksville, as a whole, experienced a very strong November.   Clarksville   If you are planning to move to the Central Maryland area and you want a BUYERS AGENTthat really knows the area and ...

Clarksville, MD Home Residential Resale Statistics -- October 2012   Compared to the same month last year, total sales volume increased 4.15% from $6,192,700 to $6,449,600 in October 2012, a solid month for Clarksville. Because of the high-price nature of Clarksville homes, disparities in sales from month-to-month can sometimes be extreme, though they were fairly level this month. A very positive sign, though, was the average day that homes were on the market: decreasing over 60% from 179 days to 71. Though one less home was sold than in October 2011, the average selling price increased 15.72%, a good sign for Clarksville activity. 21029   If you are planning to move to the Central Maryland area and you want a BUYERS AGENTthat really knows the area and all that it has to offer, I can he...
