When we least expect it, sometimes we encounter an inspirational moment that touches us deeply.  That happened to me a few days ago, when I inspected a potential listing in Bowie, Maryland. The home is seriously "under-water", having lost about 50% of its value since the owners purchased it in 2006, and the tenants simply wouldn't return my many calls. The home has no curb appeal and the interior is no better. In this area, Bowie, MD has certainly been one of the communities that have suffered the most from foreclosed properties in the inventory.
