It wasn’t an impromptu open house, but we still had two good showings in an hour.  Two days ago, an agent requested an appointment through our Showing Time on my listing  2911 Montebello Terrace. Immediately responded and set up to show the property today at 12:30.  Another agent sent a text at 1:00 am this morning saying he may have a buyer for this home. My return text, send them at 12:30.
