Thanks to Active Rain, I have been blogging for over a year now. I started on March 19, 2008. Since then I have only posted 77 blogs. I have reached the rank in Massachusetts of 20 out of 2,814. A rank of 3 out of 319 in Norfolk county. The rank of # 1 in Westwood, Mass. (my home town). Most of all I have learned so much from being in the Rain. I've learned so much about short sales and forclosures. From this I have decided to attend the Reomac Conference in California in two weeks. In my first year I have met so many people on line and I have learned from them. I have laughed with them and I have felt their pains and gladly shared their joys. 2009 for me is a year of change! After several weeks of serious reflecting on my real estate career and future. I have decided to join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Westwood, MA. Coldwell Banker is the #1 real estate office in Westwood. I enjoyed my time at RE/MAX Landmark, but in February of 2008 our Westwood office at 911 High Street was closed to make way for Keller Williams. Our new office would be at 100 High Street. But after a year the 100 High Street office still has not opened. I was told that it would be 2 months until we would move into our new office at 100 High Street. It may have taken me almost a year to do it, but I have finally earned 30,000 Points on Active Rain. On the way  to earning the points I have learnedvery much from my Active Rain family, I have also learned of some pain that other rainers are suffering from a personel family issue. I also have shared in the joy of other rainers reaching their milestones. Overall though I am so glad to be in the rain.
