As a Realtor, my most important asset are my clients and helping them achieve their dreams and goals. I think that sometimes, the general public doesn't understand what we do. So here is my best effort to explain a "day in the life" ( at least my life). Some days are longer, some end at 10pm, some at 5 and sometimes we take one day off in a given week. 7:30am- checked my email and responded accordingly 8:00 am- called 2 mortgage companies, 3 clients, 1 home inspector, 1 appraiser, 1 attorney 8:30 am- learned that the closings for 2 properties were delayed( with only 2 days notice)both contingent on house sales. 8:35 am- called both stressed out clients.
