Hour of Power Sometimes you just forget.  I was feeling lethargic this week and couldn’t put my finger on the feelings.  I was doing all the work I always do and, in fact, had a number of truly positive steps taken this week, but still I was feeling sluggish.  Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and it hit me.  I had totally been ignoring my hour of power.  I was getting up in the morning and coming down, letting my dog out, feeding my dog, making coffee and then going out into the yard to pick up the paper while I went through my goals and affirmations–this is a ritual. It is the People - Not the Name that Make a Difference I was meeting some buyers to see some homes on the real estate market in Milton MA.  There were a few homes they wanted to see and as luck would have it, they all had Open Houses scheduled.  I arrived at the first one a little bit ahead of my buyers.  I signed in, introduced myself to the listing agent & took a look around.  He then asked me which agency I was with - and I informed him that I was with Buyers Brokers Only from neighboring Canton MA.  I then added that I grew up in Milton MA, which I always do when I am in Milton (mainly  to avoid being told all about Milton.  I already know what they are trying to tell me.) Are You Superstitious? Yesterday I was driving through Milton MA to meet a client. I drove past a house that one of my buyers is buying.  We are close to closing - just waiting on the clear to close from the lender.  It should close on Monday, but has not definitely been scheduled yet.  Yet, I noticed that the sign in front of the house has the SOLD sign up on it.  It is definitely under agreement, it most certainly is pending but sold?  Not yet.  Until the deed is recorded and funds delivered it is not sold, in my mind at least. I never thought I was particularly superstitious.  But, I do not think i would call it sold until title has transferred.
