Millis, Massachusetts We are seeing a bit of activity in Millis right now but not the frantic activity we would have expected to see so close to the tax credit deadline.  It seems that the tax credit isn't having as big an impact on buyers looking in Millis as we had anticipated.  Maybe they just haven't found what they are looking for. Millis, Massachusetts Millis was at a stand still this past week which is very unusual given all the recent activity on account of the upcoming tax credit deadline.  There were no new homes coming on the market and nothing sold except for a condo.  Perhaps everyone was taking a break to enjoy the beautiful Spring weather.
