I ran in my very first marathon yesterday!  Not exactly the whole marathon...but I did run in it.The Baystate Marathon was held yesterday in Lowell, Massachusetts...with over 1500 runners. My daughter, Ashley, was one of the runners.  It was her first full marathon and she hasn't been running all that long.  Saying we were very proud of her doesn't begin to express our feelings as we stood on the side of the road at mile 22 and screamed our heads off as she passed by.After we saw her, it was a nerve wracking ride to the finish line, to see her finish.  Traffic was so bad that Ashley caught up to us and ran right past us. I was so afraid she would beat us to the finish line. Luckily, we got to the finish area just a minute or two before her.  As we were frantically trying to figure out h... 10/18/2010
