Every year, Historic New England (formerly SPNEA, the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities) hosts an Antique Car Show at the Codman Estate in Lincoln MA. The antique auto show is held in July and it's often very hot at that time of year so I don't always make it.  This year Massachusetts has had a spate of very mild days (to the dismay of some, the delight of me!) and I figured it was the perfect opportunity to revisit the car show.  It was a wonderful day! The number of single family homes sold in Lincoln, MA during the month of November decreased from 4 sold (2007) to 2 homes sold in 2008. The average selling price increased significantly from $1,055,375 in 2007 to $1,337,500 in 2008.  The average DOM (Days on Market) also increased significantly to 171 days from 120 in 2007.

Lincoln MA Real Estate Market Report - October 2008 The number of single family homes sold in Lincoln, MA during the month of October increased sharply from 1 sold (2007) to 6 homes sold in 2008. The average selling price also increased from $1,200,000 in 2007 to $1,325,833 in 2008.  The average DOM (Days on Market) dropped significantly to 125.5 days from 394 in 2007.
