Recently I went to a Steely Dan concert at Tangewood.  Okay, I knew the name of the band and the connection to nearby Bard College but not much more. I don't get invited too often to a concert - not since I slept through Aretha Franklin's concert and awoke to say how disappointed I was that she did not sing Respect (She actually did).  How do you ever overcome something like that?
