Another Successful Run - The Boston Marathon 2010 - Hopkinton Massachusetts  26,000 runners headed out today for the 114th Boston Marathon from the starting line in front of the Hopkinton Common, Hopkinton Massachusetts.  The contestants included New York City marathon winner, Meb Keflezighi and fellow Californian, Ryan Hall who had been hoping to the give the United States its first men's win since 1983.  The coveted first prize is in the amount of $150,000.  The victory ended up going to Kenyan Robert Cheruiyot who set a new course record.  The women's prize went to Ethiopia's Teyba Erkesso who held off tough competition from Tussia's Tatyana Pushkareva.  Cheruiyot's time was 2 hours, 5 minutes and 52 seconds.  This was a finish that was only 91 seconds ahead of the second-place runne...
