Excerpt from article: Jessie Cuddy, a Dorchester native and Re/Max Landmark/Bayside agent, recently bought a 1950s two-bedroom house. “For city living, this is as good as it gets,” said Cuddy, who calls the her Lower Mills street “the poor man’s Melville Park” - a reference a Dorchester neighborhood where stately Victorians abound. “Lower Mills is a great area that’s been coming back for a number of years,” said Cuddy, who moved to the neighborhood from Quincy. “There’s lots of texture, color, diversity and spirit.”
