Below are the market statistics in Brighton, Massachusetts for Single Families, Condominiums and Multi-Families. As you can see, from last year to this year there has been substantial depreciation in every sector of the market: Single Families, Condominiums and Multi-Families. Singles have taken the biggest "hit" with only 4 sales at a whopping -$136,360 depreciation. All in all, the market here in Brighton has had a drop from the high prices of 2004-2005.
