One of the most under advertised rooms in many listings happens to be the children's bedroom. I am not sure why but most of the time the Agents focus on other features of a property. As a general rule most people identify the number of bedrooms required for their home as one of the most important criteria in their home search. Many times it is difficult to get good bedroom photos but highlighting one key feature can be attractive. Just a quick blog before I run out and do a "grand opening" for a wonderful 2 unti condo conversion which my client bought 90 days ago. We have dotted all the i's and crossed all he t's and have instituted a text book game plan for the design, construction and marketing of these wonderful condos. I am excited to go to work today!!!
