The Live Oak Landing Subdivision is a chic neighborhood right past 1019 in Denham Springs, off of Sims road. Some consider it to be in the Watson area but with it being so close to Denham Springs…it’s a toss-up. We have a few properties in the Live Oak Landing subdivision and I have heard numerous times how much they have enjoyed living in this neighborhood. Most enjoy the fact that there is a solid HOA that keeps the neighborhood in check, the peacefulness, and the beautiful lake. Children love Live Oak Landing because there is an awesome playground for them to play on and also enough room to have fun on their bikes.
