Thank you to all those who have posted comments.  Feedback is always good.  Wow, talk about quick feedback.  As I checked my e-mail this morning I saw that I had several messages about activity at active rain.  So, that is good.  Today, it is slightly rainy here in Manhattan, KS.  I've always enjoyed the rain, so I am enjoying it.  Last night I spent a few hours working with some real estate courses.  Education, education, education.  In addition to pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management, I have been actively taking Real Estate Class.  Today, I am excited because I am spending some time with my little, as in my my little brother from Big Brothers Big Sisters.  It is a great program.  At least one night a week, I hang out with my little and we have a blast.  Plus, it is a chance to...
