Here is a few updated photos of the Anson project in front of Royal Run.  The new bank is coming along nicely, as is the strip mall behind it.  It looks like the other building in these photos is either a CVS or a Walgreens.  I have not yet heard which it is, but it looks more like a Walgreens based no the structure.            Anson ZionsvilleAnson Real EstateIndianapolis HomesCarmel HomesEstridge Homes

This is the newest subdivision built by Estridge in Zionsville.   This is located right next to the Spring Knoll edition, also built by Estridge.  The homes in Spring Knoll are more expensive, the homes here in Rockbridge are priced between $275k-$375k.  With this, you will get a home with a brick front, but mostly vinyl siding around the rest of the home.  The homes in Spring Knoll have more brick, or all brick on the outside of the home. Within minutes to Zionsville shopping, elementary schools, just north on Ford Rd. from 334.           If you would like to view these or any other Zionsville home, please contact the Zionsville relocation experts of Crager-Bartels Real Estate.

Spring Knoll in Zionsville is a 7-8 year old Estridge built community.  Nice homes and a great price point in Zionsville. Homes are priced at $275,000 to $425,000.  All of the homes have basements and can go up to almost 5,000 sq.ft. with a finished basement.   Most homes here have ceramic tile and hardwood flooring. Spring Knoll is located north on Ford Road from 334(Oak Street). These are also almost custom-built, but not quite:)

Iam tracking the new Duke Anson development in Zionsville, IN and came across something interesting.  Banks actually build the vault first, then they build the bank around it!   Here is some new photos of the Anson Development.  The big box in the middle is the vault, the rest is the building going in around it.  This will eventually be the State Bank of Lizton.                  Anson Real Estate    Zionsville Real Estate   Indianapolis Real Estate

A new article has appeared in the Indianapolis Star with information about the Anson Real Estate in Zionsville. Some highlights from the article: Kroger was originally going to be the anchor store of the first Anson project, Anson Marketplace.  Kroger decided they want to wait until 2008-2009 before building a store in the area.Lowe's instead will take the place of Kroger.  I am not for sure how there could be more demand for a Lowe's and not a Kroger, but I'll take their word for it.  Lowe's should be opening middle of next year.38,400 sq.ft. strip mall next to Lowe's will house additional small business including a CVS, State Bank of Lizton, and a Fifth Third Bank branch.  The State Bank of Lizton has already begun construction."Anson is planned as a mixture of homes, offices, retaile...

Lowe’s, CVS, State Bank of Lizton and Fifth Third Bank now all have final development plan approval for the marketplace.  I think this was a little bit of bait and switch.  I would rather have the original grocery store instead of a Lowes!    Taken from the Lebanon reporter, written By Drew Stone Lebanon — All spaces in the Marketplace at Anson have now received final development plan approval. The two remaining pieces in the marketplace received approval Wednesday night at the Boone County Area Plan Commission meeting. The “anchor,” Lowe’s, and a “B shop,” Fifth Third Bank, now join the other two “B shops” CVS Pharmacy and State Bank of Lizton. Both Lowe’s and Fifth Third Bank received unanimous approvals, with the bank proposal needing almost no discussion before a vote was taken.Anson...

They are finally starting to build!  The last article I posted stated Lowes is not moving in until middle of next year, but I don't see these buildings being empty that long.  Shouldn't take much time at all to build. The new tenants will be  CVS, State Bank of Lizton and Fifth Third Bank, as well as Lowes.

LEBANON — Duke Realty Corp. will pay an estimated $250,000 to relocate utilities lines for an Anson Development road project after two companies balked at moving them at their own cost. Duke Energy (formerly Cinergy and no relation to Duke Realty) and Vectren refused to pay to relocate their utilities line to accommodate County Road 650 East being widened from two to four lanes. The project falls within a Tax Increment Finance district established for phase one of the three-part, 1,700-acre Anson Development. According to Boone County attorney Eileen Sims, the companies cited case law that says utilities do not have pay for moving utilities if a project benefits private industry. Duke counters that the road work is need for progress that benefits all of Boone County. Sims told the Boone...

The groundwork and infrastructure has already started in Anson, and construction of the development’s first industrial building is set to start next month. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-June on a 630,000-square-foot building on about 32 acres featuring 36-foot high ceilings and 80 dock doors. The building should be completed near the end of the year, said Tom Dickey, senior attorney for Duke Realty Corp. “It is being built on a speculative basis,” he said. “We don’t have any tenants yet, but we hope to some, or at least good leads, by December.” He said the building is being built for bulk warehouse use, and is the start of the development of the Anson’s industrial portion. The $300 million industrial portion of Anson is 600 acres, which is approximately the northern one-thi...
