This week, I  attended an Indiana CRS BOD Meeting and Luncheon at the Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, IN. Indy is host city for Super Bowl XLVI and what a great NFL experience  is happening the week leading up to the big game Hoosier Hospitality at it's finest! Media madness at it's best too!  SKY sports blog even got a photo of Jeff and the Colts Super fan at the same time they were posing and looking at My camera LOL ! Here is a brief photo re-cap of the fun time we had before and after my conferences :) Zipline anyone?  what you can't see are the office workers 4 stories up in adjacent buildings that were distracted by the zipline riders this week LOL                   xxxxxxxx                                                                                                   I t...

Indianapolis Arthritis Foundation Jingle Bell Walk/Run December 10th, 2011 We are now officially 12 days away from the 23rd Annual Jingle Bell run here in Indy. The streets of downtown Indianapolis will be filled by the sounds of bells jingling on approximately 3,500 people registered to run/walk this years' event. Many people believe arthritis only affects those who are aging....Not so.  Take Sarah Hake, this year's Arthritis Honoree.  Sarah is just 26 years old, but was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the young age of two. There's still time to register for the race and raise some money to help this foundation out.  Fees are as follows: Race Fees Adults (13 years and older)$22 per person on or before October 31$25 per person November 1 - noon on December 7$30 per person on pack...

I spent a lot of time agonizing over my title.  This probably fits the best.  A few weeks ago, I blogged about a building that had gone sour.  There was fire damage to a large unit upstairs and there was $30,000 in damages at least.  I up to this point had no involvement in the situation, until a mentor from California called me and told me his story.  He was looking for someone to buy the "note" .  I certainly had no interest in the note purchase, no was I excited about listing the property.  I did however, go to the property, took photos, and became his eyes and ears here in Indianapolis.  I even found him a buyer, for $30,000 cash.  TW was ordered and guess what.  A second mortgage appeared, and several state tax liens.  Certainly that was more than the $30,000 cash offer would handl...
