         The Northwest Allen county, Indiana community of Twin Eagles is more than 275 single family and common interest detached home sites located 3.5 miles North of Dupont road between Dunton and Coldwater roads and serviced by Northwest Allen county schools.  Home prices average in the low $400's and are less than 10 years old with some new construction still available. Most homes sit on one of the 18 ponds throughout Twin Eagles with the others being on level lots.
