My daughter works for a local hospital in Indianapolis. She pays for her health care thru this hospital system. Last week she was sent to the EMERGENCY ROOM for treatment of a migraine that she could not break on her own. She was dehydrated, and the family doctor would not administer medication until she had more fluids in her body. Her blood pressure was low etc. Her sister took her to the emergency, where she observed many inefficiencies at her own hospital. She was given morphine to alleviate the headache. Later her Neurologist told her that the morphine probably worsened the headache. All of this is pretty normal stuff. However, she knows they SYSTEM well. But, I do have some thoughts and ideas for you. In doing my research, I found a few things I would like to suggest to you. Why did you ask for 24 hour notice? Why do you have to be present for all showings? You need to move! Why do you not reduce your price? Did you have any open houses? Did you have anyone look at your home? You are moving because of illness, right? The homeowner had answers for each question. 24 Hr notice, because my wife likes to keep things tidy. We have to be present, because we have no where to go.
