One of my favorite stories comes from Milton Erickson, the famous Psyhiatrist.Milton was seeing two seperate patients. Both were young and not in a relationship. Each week they came to see Milton and most of the hour spent in therapy was talking about how unhappy they were because they were not dating anyone or finding anyone to date.So here is what Milton did. He told the one patient that she had to go out to the park during her lunch break and sit on a park bench to eat her lunch. He told the other patient that he must take his lunch break walking in the park.
