Ever wonder how many short sales are REALLY on the market? I know I have.  We hear in the media day in and day out about the short sale epidemic.  Short sale this, short sale that.  I decided to find out for you what is really going on.  So much hype but what is the real story?  How many? Here's another installment in The Day in the Life of a Realtor©.  This was just too good to pass up and I had to show you the latest decorating trends for the Kitchen.   The floor matches the cabinets which I will have to remember when I remodel in the future.  My eyes hurt a little bit while looking at the cabinets but I guess they will adjust after a few years?
