Updated 11/1/2011   Vista Waikoloa Condominium Complex, has a surprising amount of Foreclosures and Short Sales. In fact,  the Association Of Apartment Owners (AOAO) has foreclosed on 7 units alone, now operating 6 of them as rental units. (according to public records - AOAO owned units - A103, A204, B105, B106, D103, E203) F201 was also recently owned by the AOAO, but foreclosed upon by the Bank, and resold to a private party. OK, so Active rain has really helped with my prospecting, so much, I was to busy to take off the 3 day weekend we just had, what - with everybody else off - they all decided to come to Hawaii that weekend. I ended up juggling 4 different clients. Its all good though - I ended up with 2 escrows getting opened, and the other 2 clients are still very good prospects. So what should I always do - always remember to slow down, take the time, to spend with those that matter most. My wife decided to take matters into her own hands, so next thing I know - we are at the Hilton Waikoloa Village - for are 3 day weekend! just one week late!
