Tadd Fujikawa a 5'1", 135 lb., 16 year old sophomore from Moanalua High School in Hawaii, wins the 29th annual Hawai'i Pearl Open by one shot over Greg Meyer. Tadd recently became the youngest player in 50 years to make the cut at a PGA Tour event at the Sony Open (Formerly known as the Hawaiian Open).  Tadd was followed all day Sunday during the final round by a crowd of over 100 fans. The crowd was smaller than those that followed him at the Sony Open.For the second time in recent days amateur Tadd Fujikawa would have cashed large money if it were not for his amateur status.  Tadd would have won $80,000.2nd place finisher Greg Meyer got a $12,000 consolation prize and a trip to Japan as the low pro.
