Ashton Woods, one of Atlanta’s premier new home builders announced this week that it will begin building single family homes from the mid $200s at Woodbridge Crossing beginning today, December 18th. Woodbridge Crossing is located on the East West Connector and Cooper Lake Road in Smyrna. The community consists of single-family detached homes. The Providence Group began construction of the Smyrna Vinings neighborhood in 2007 and is continuing to build in Phase I. Ashton Woods will begin building in Phase II of the Woodbridge Crossing neighborhood, which consists of 135 three and four bedroom single-family, detached homes in Phase I and 29 homes in Phase II.
