One of Savannah's most desirable neighborhoods for many years, Habersham Woods is nestled between Savannah, Georgia's midtown and south side areas. This well cared for community is a beautiful mix of both traditional brick homes, including "Savannah Grey Brick" as well as unique "modern" architecture with most home built in the 1960s to early 1970s.   Home prices are mostly in the 300,000 to 600,000 range with some close to a million and many are quite large at between 3000 and 7000 square ft.
