  Out with the old and in with the new. Mableton has had a few interesting things happen. 1) Sales increased and inventory was cut in half from the previous 12 months 2) Over 500 people chose to make Mableton home. Home buyers bought more home with equity sellers than the previous 12 months. Short sales and foreclosures still dominated the market  but that may change in 2013. 3) The average home sold in less than 120 days 4) New construction had a little jump start as buyer demand has increased and in one new home neighborhood, they completely sold their inventory. 5) A new elementary school opened, three schools including one Charter school closed and the remaining schools were subject to rezoning. 6) The highest home sold for 1.5  million the lowest home sold for $10,740 7) The best s... 12/31/2012
