Fairburn GA Real Estate - News in the Numbers New Listings were up in January 2011 as compared with January 2010 for Fairburn.  The 15% increase is partly contributed to a year over year increase in the number of foreclosure listings.  Foreclosure listings were up by 27% when comparing 2011 to 2010.  The increase in foreclosure listings signals that banks and lending institutions are releasing more foreclosred homes into the market. Fairburn GA 30213 - Fantastic foreclosures and great food! After a day of three showings and two BPOs, I decided to enjoy some of the best Mexican food available in metro Atlanta.  Downtown Fairburn 30213 is home to Taqueria Iztaccihuatl.  What makes the food so great is the homemade approach to every dish.  Freshly made chips and salsa made from great family recipes.  I enjoyed the vegetarian burrito.  The owner and chef loaded the burrito with beans, rice, bell peppers, cheese, avocado, cilantro and their unique blend of spices.  Absolutely delicious!  I encourage you to make a trip to this wonderful restaruant.  For more information call 770 964 9909. Fairburn Real Estate 30213 - 2010 Year in Review New Residential Listings in Fairburn were down 14% when comparing 2009 and 2010.  Total Residential Listings in Fairburn in 2009 were 917 and in 2010 were 806.  Major impactors were the holds placed on foreclosures and sellers unwilling to list because of not being able to get offers that were more than what is owed on their mortgages.
