First MLS is listing 19 closed sales for January in Lumpkin County. Out of 19 closed sales 9 were foreclosures and there were a couple short sells also. We have 197 homes listed for sell and an additional 36 under contract. The highest sales price was $369,000 and was at 785 Chesterra Road. The lowest sales price was $12,000 at 110 Laurel Pt. East. The townhouse / condo section has 16 active listings, four more under contract. There were no closed sales in January. There are 214 lots on the market and five more that are under contract.
