When we bought our home in Weston Florida, it came with a gas heated pool. The weather here will soon be changing... and it will eventually get chilly. But how can anyone continue to be able to swim in their pool during the winter months without it costing them an arm and a leg?. Easy.... through solar heating installed into your pools filter system.With high energy costs and the strain it was putting on our pockets.....we decided to go with solar power as an alternative to gas heating. It is a great way to save yourself thousands of dollars in the long run and is environmentally safe. Our client moved into a home in Weston,Florida. The walk through was held yesterday,everything was great. The tenant was happy and it appeared the landlord was as well.As I started to leave, I asked the agent about the lock box on the home and when it will be removed.The agent was confused and asked me why does it have to be removed when the home was still "For Sale". When a tenant signs a lease and takes possession of a home,they don`t have to show the home.
