We just closed another one of our short sale listings in the Slade Condominium in West Palm Beach with a fantastic view of the Florida Intracoastal waterways and a roof top pool!   We listed this condo for $149,777. Just imagine these units were selling in the high $300's when they were first built!  We sold this unit for ALL CASH for $143,000. The owner offered an incentive to buyers- he paid one year of HOA fees in full at closing for the buyer. HOA fees at the Slade are $850 per month.  There was one loan on this Slade condo. We had a couple of buyers that walked during the short sale proces.
