Spring Season, a Few of My Favorite Things   Winter is over soon, and Spring Season is around the corner. There are a few of my favorite things I enjoy in the spring which will not be found in other seasons.       My Favorite Thing # 1   Most of my former buyers are in town for the winter. Their family members and friends are coming here for a visit and to vacation during the spring break. I have the opportunity to meet with them and they also know that I am in the real estate business. Sometimes they will ask me to help them find a place to rent for the next season. I do not handle rentals. However, I will find out how long are they going to rent, then will use the amount they spend on rentals and compare with the cost of owning a condo or a house.
