   Air Potato- Invasive Species   Air potato Dioscorea bulbifera L. This invasive species is native to Africa and Asia and is a quick growing vine that will choke the local plants and trees up to 70 feet high or more. It can be poisonous. Spring Season, a Few of My Favorite Things   Winter is over soon, and Spring Season is around the corner. There are a few of my favorite things I enjoy in the spring which will not be found in other seasons.       My Favorite Thing # 1   Most of my former buyers are in town for the winter. Their family members and friends are coming here for a visit and to vacation during the spring break. I have the opportunity to meet with them and they also know that I am in the real estate business. Sometimes they will ask me to help them find a place to rent for the next season. I do not handle rentals. However, I will find out how long are they going to rent, then will use the amount they spend on rentals and compare with the cost of owning a condo or a house. Camellia (Camellia Japonica), Beautiful Flowers   The Camellia (Camellia Japonica) is a hardy shrub with dark green glossy leaves. It is native to China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.   Their beautiful flowers make them popular throughout the world in almost every country.     Camellia Plant Care   Camellias grow upright to about 4 feet tall and will spread; they need space for air ventilation to avoid scale insects.
